Paper Submission System
Bu konferansın hakem değerlendirme sürecinin yönetimi için Microsoft CMT hizmeti kullanılmıştır. Bu hizmet Microsoft tarafından ücretsiz olarak sağlanmış olup, Azure bulut hizmetlerinin yanı sıra yazılım geliştirme ve destek masrafları da dahil olmak üzere tüm masraflar Microsoft tarafından karşılanmıştır.
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
Bildiri göndermek isteyen katılımcıların Microsoft CMT Bildiri Gönderim Sistemi’ne kayıt olarak sisteme giriş yapmaları gerekmektedir.
Sisteme giriş yaptıktan sonra üst menüde yer alan “Create New Submission” bağlantısı üzerinden bildiri gönderim işlemi gerçekleştirilebilir.
Kongrede uygun görülen bildiriler, “Türkiye Klinikleri Sağlık Bilimleri Dergisi (J Health Sci)” Sağlık Bilişimi alanı kapsamında değerlendirmeye alınacak ve uygun bulunan çalışmalar derginin yayın ilkeleri ve bilimsel değerlendirme süreçleri doğrultusunda öncelikli olarak yayımlanabilecektir.
Call for Papers
The 17th Medical Informatics Congress will be hosted by Akdeniz University on 3–4 December 2026. The main theme of this year’s 17th Medical Informatics Congress is to develop integrated and sustainable solutions within the rapidly evolving digital health ecosystem.
At our conference, where the main theme has been set as Holistic AI (Holistic Artificial Intelligence), there will be panels, lectures and presentations of scientific papers featuring experts on current and important topics such as Data Flow, Neural Networks, and the Integration of Health and Technology.

Paper Review
Papers submitted to our conference will be assessed on the basis of blind review.
Accepted papers will be included in the congress program and published in the Congress Proceedings Book, according to the authors' preference, as Full Paper or Extended Abstract .

Format Details
- Full article: up to 12 pages
- Extended Abstract: up to 4 pages
The official languages of the conference are English and Turkish. Papers may therefore be written or presented in either Turkish or English.
